A Leadbeater Transport offers a variety of haulage and logistics services than can be tailored to your needs; considering all transport options to offer a first class service.

We value our customers and go above and beyond, striving for customer satisfaction. This always has been and always will be key to our business; it’s why we’ve been trucking for over 35 years.

Same day, next day and date specific deliveries are available at no extra cost – all of which can be timed. We can also do any size load and offer a moffett or tail lift service as an additional extra.

Our fleet contains 25 vehicles and 29 employees, allowing us to reach all areas of the country. All our drivers are uniformed and courteous whilst being contactable 24 hours a day via vehicle telematics and our mobile communications network. Our transportation is well-known throughout the UK and holds a range of high quality and well-maintained vehicles.

We have an onsite maintenance company that ensure our vehicles are of the highest standard. This is a great asset to the company as it means all our vehicles are well maintained and therefore can stay on the roads for long periods of time. We also hold a waste licence, enabling us to carry waste goods and we can do contract work.

Double Decker Haulage

A Leadbeater offers a double decker trailer service for any deliveries that are on a larger scale. The double deckers are much taller than regular trailers with a hydraulic deck in the middle - making it effectively two trailers in one. Our double deckers can carry either a Moffett or a tail lift to suit your requirements. As well as the double deckers, we can also supply taller trailers which contain larger pallets but on a single load service.

Leadbeater offers lower trailers which are excellent for destinations with restricted access to a site, such as shopping centres. The urban trailer we offer is well suited for densely populated areas and town centres.

Leadbeater’s has one of the widest range of products available; which allows us to reach all. We have excellent customer service and we welcome any questions you may have for your collection/delivery.

Moffett

At A Leadbeater Transport, we have a range of tools and services we can offer to make your delivery and transport of goods go quickly and smoothly. A number of our fleet vehicles utilises a mounted forklift known as a Moffett. Moffett’s are special forklifts which are trailer mounted and offer one of the most flexible and portable delivery systems currently on the market. Moffett’s are renowned for offering delivery of products under toughest of conditions.

A Moffett has a maximum capacity of 2 tonnes and gives maximum manoeuvrability when handling all types of loads at various lift heights. It has a maximum deployment at 1.5m so you can easily load and unload from a single side of the lorry bed.
